Canara Bank PO Syllabus and Examination Pattern

The Canara Bank PO Examination subjects include Quantitative Aptitude for 50 questions, Reasoning will be of 50 questions, English will be of 50 questions, General Awareness will be of 50 questions. The total number of questions will be of 200 questions for 200 marks. The duration of the examination is 2 hours. Each of the section carries 1 mark and the section will have both the languages English and Hindi. There will also be a negative marking for each question. The candidates who have selected after completion of written examination will be selected for the Group Discussion and Interview round.

As per the official notification, each candidate must have to get a minimum score in all the subjects and have to clear the overall cut off marks as well.

Canara Bank PO Examination Pattern and Syllabus

Candidates who will get the minimum cut off in the sectional or else overall examination will be eligible for the Group Discussion and the interview. After successful completion of the Group Discussion, candidates will now get selected for the Personal Interview where it will be conducted for every 3:1 ratio that means 3 candidates for every 1 vacancy. There will be an allotment of 50 marks for each Group Discussion and Interview round.

The final merit list of the candidates will be announced on the official website where the general category students have to secure 40% of marks and the candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, and PWBD have to secure 35% of marks.
